The spec is published once. Everything else follows.

Retailers, brands and production agencies working from the same touchpoint — so nobody retypes a dimension, and nobody guesses a bleed.

No spam, no sharing. One email when we open the doors.

300+adaptations a year — from just two brands of one FMCG portfolio
1.5rounds to get one asset signed off today, because a spec was wrong or never arrived
1where it should be. The brief carries the retailer's real spec, so the first version is the right one.

What is RMM?

RMM (Retail Media Market) is a web platform where retailers, FMCG brands and creative agencies produce retail media and in-store artwork from one shared brief. The retailer publishes the exact spec of each space once; brands brief their agency against it; deliveries are checked against the spec and approved in one place, in five languages.

How it works

  1. The retailer publishes each space once. Size, unit, colour profile, bleed, safe area, call to action and the person who receives the files.
  2. The brand briefs against that spec. Key visual, products by EAN and on-air dates travel with the brief; RMM warns before the same space is briefed twice.
  3. The agency delivers, RMM checks, the retailer approves. Size and bleed are checked on upload, the retailer approves in one place, and proof that the asset ran comes back to the brand.

Who it is for

Retailers

Publish each space once — dimensions, unit, colour profile, bleed. Every brief is built against it, every delivery lands in one folder, and brands can finally see what you sell.

Brands & trade marketing

Pick a key visual, a touchpoint and the SKUs actually sold in that channel. Pack shots by EAN and open files travel with the brief, and you're told before you brief the same space twice.

Agencies & freelancers

Briefs you can start on immediately: exact spec, master files, fonts and pack shots in one download. Upload, get checked against the spec, get approved — without three email chains.

Frequently asked questions

What does RMM do?

RMM replaces the emails, spreadsheets and PDFs used to brief artwork for retail media. Retailers publish their spaces with exact specs, brands brief adaptations of their key visuals against those specs, and agencies deliver files that are checked automatically and approved in one place.

Who is RMM for?

Trade marketing and shopper marketing teams at FMCG brands, retailers and pharmacy chains that sell retail media and in-store space, and the creative agencies and freelancers who produce the artwork.

Which channels does it cover?

Print and in-store (flyers, end caps, shelf strips, totems), digital (website and app banners, in-store screens) and e-commerce placements, in grocery, pharmacy and other retail.

How is RMM different from a DAM or a project management tool?

A DAM stores finished files and a project tool tracks tasks. RMM holds the retailer's spec for every space and builds each brief and each check from it, so the first version of an adaptation is the right size, bleed and format.

Which languages does RMM support?

English, Italian, Spanish, German and French. Each person sees the app and receives emails in their own language.

Where is the data hosted?

In the EU (Ireland), under GDPR.
